How long does my order take to ship?

It will depend on where it is coming from. Some products are sourced from overseas and printed in the US. They can take longer to receive than others. You can expect to get your product between 4-6 weeks, but usually they come a lot sooner.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes but not on this website. Please contact us at info@akmusehouse.com to place an order outside of the US. While a temporary inconvenience and saves the customer on shipping costs on most items, it is more expensive and that should be considered before purchase.

What is your return policy? 

Our items are created one at a time and are shipped directly from the producer to you. This means that they can’t be returned. Of course, if there is something wrong with the product, we will work with you to fix it, however we can’t return your payment.

For example, with shoes, be sure to double check the measurements. If they don’t fit, we won’t be able to send you a different size. You will need to purchase another pair.
